ACCOMMODATIONS

Open seasonally, May through October, Basecamp offers a variety of accommodations allowing your guests to choose their experience. Accommodations at Basecamp range from tent camping and glamping to heated cabins.

**Winter brings the opportunity for smaller family/friend gatherings.

We rent the Main Lodge via AirBnB, November - April.

MAIN LODGE
(10 guests)

  • Heated

  • Accommodates: 10 guests in 4 rooms

  • Bathroom: 3 Shared (1 full upstairs; 1.5 downstairs)

 

The Main Lodge includes a generous commercial kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, living room/library with wood stove, and 2 restrooms (one with a shower) downstairs. Upstairs you will find four guest bedrooms, an additional living area, and a shared guest bathroom.

 

​The Pine Suite features a king bed, sitting area, two additional twin beds and expansive views of the property.

 

The Hemlock and Maple Suites both host queen beds and have access to a shared balcony, which overlooks the Learning Gardens, meadows, and pond.

 

The Birch Suite is our smallest in the Main House; right off the shared bathroom and outfitted with two twin-sized beds, it's perfect for friends who don’t mind getting cozy.

**Offseason (November - April) The Main Lodge can be rented as a whole-house unit providing sleeping accommodations for 10 guests. Additional cabins can be made available upon request. See our AirBnB listing here https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/53720496

THE CABINS
( 14 guests)

Located beside the meadow, these three rustic maple-walled cabins are simply furnished and offer guests indoor accommodations while still feeling connected to the natural surroundings.

CABIN I (4 total guests)

Dogwood and Cedar are both private rooms with separate entries. 

  • Heated
  • Accommodates: 1-2 guests 

  • Beds: 2 Twins (or 1 King)

  • Bathroom: Private

  • Private Rocking Porch

CABIN II​ (2 total guests)

The Staff Cabin is our largest cabin, great for instructor use, giving them a little extra room and some additional private space.

  • Heated

  • Accommodates: 1-2 guests

  • Beds: 2 Twins (or 1 King

  • Bathroom: Private

  • Private Rocking Porch

  • Additional living space with kitchenette​

 

CABIN III (8 total guests)

Spruce and Fir are separate and private bunk rooms in the back cabin with an outdoor bath and shower for convenience. 

  • Heated

  • Accommodates: 1-4 guests in each cabin

  • Beds: 2 Bunks

  • Bathrooms: Outdoor showers/toilets

GLAMPING TENTS I, II &III
(6 guests)

  • Accommodates: 1-2 guests in 3 tents

  • Beds: 2 Twins in each tent

  • Bathrooms: Outdoor showers/toilets

  • Private Decks

  • Solar Lighting

 

Located at the edge of the woods and tucked away from the core of the property, our 3 rustic glamping tents are spacious, simply furnished and offer a more private experience.

THE TINY HOUSE
(2 guests)

  • Accommodates: 1-2 guests

  • Beds: 1 Full Bed

  • Bathrooms: Outdoor showers/toilets

The only tiny house on the property is tucked into the tree line by the old apple orchard. Relax in the hammock with your favorite book and enjoy this area all to yourself.

TENT CAMPING
(up to 30 guests)

​

  • Accommodates: Up to 30 guests at 12 tent sites

  • Bathrooms: Outdoor showers/toilets

 

During our warmer seasons, we tend our diversified meadows into twelve picturesque tenting sites. Wake in the morning to deer breakfasting around the crabapple trees or monarchs sipping from fragrant wildflowers. A truly heavenly stay for those that prefer to be closest to nature.
